Quick letter to myself and anyone who needs it

You’re stressed, angry, and unbalanced. You have every right to be. You’re developing a lot of anxiety and you’re showing signs of depression. You’re entitled to go through with you’re feelings but please don’t drown yourself in them. You are not and do not have to be you’re negative thoughts, moods, or feelings. It is okay to be sad, mad, numb or lost, but do not let that consume you. Focus on one good thing a day, bring in at least one ray of sunshine everyday so you can get rid of all the darkness in this room your making yourself live in. Don’t get consumed. Stay focus. Let happiness come to you.
